Shipping policy

At TatySweetHabits, every treat is made with love and care. To ensure you receive the freshest and most delicious goodies, we follow a specific processing and shipping schedule.

Processing Time

All orders are baked fresh to order. Please allow at least 7 days for processing before your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Days

We ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays to maintain quality and avoid weekend delays. If your order is placed after our weekly cutoff, it will be shipped the following week.

Local Pickups (Cheesecake Only)

If you're selecting local pickup for cheesecake, please provide a minimum of 3 to 4 days' notice before your preferred pickup date. We require this time to prepare your order to perfection. Once ready, you will be contacted with pickup instructions.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We use standard shipping carriers to deliver your orders. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery.
